There are two methods to place the order with us. Either to find us via Whatsapp, or direct to place the order on our website are both available to make order.

We need around 3- 10 days for production (depend on the products) and 1-2 day for courier delivery service.
Urgent order will be completed on two days. Please note the time does not include delivery service. Hence, we would recommend our client to collect your gift at our workshop in person.

Personalized service is free of charge for the assigned area of the products. Please refer to the description on the website product page for more information. There will be an extra cost (from $50 up) for any extra engravement on somewhere.

Just let us know your Idea / Graphics that you like to paste on the product. However, Not every Graphic is available to add on due to technical limitation. And also certain handling charge might be made for transform the graphic to be the format for personalization.

Please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes after confirming the order. It is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production. Please note that there is no any recovery work can be made for the gift after production.

We’ re sorry that we have no extra gift wrap for the product. It is because for every set of glasses, besides our brand paper bag, we would offer an presentable gift box with ribbon tying. Also, there is a hanging card provided with the gift box. If you would like us to print your blessing on the hanging card with the gift before sending out. Don’t forget to mention it with our customer service officer when you put your order into the shopping cart.

Normally, we work with S.F. Express to deliver your orders and provide free shipping to non-faraway district in HK with every order over HK$800. Some of the special locations, we would use our own logistics team to deliver. For the orders below $800, there will be a delivery cost for clients to bear with. The cost depends on the size & weigh of the product. Detail of the charges, refer to : ( SFexpress )

We need around 7- 10 days for production and delivery after you made the payment and also the personalized design idea has been confirmed. If you have a deadline to receive your gift, just get in touch with our customer service officer via whatsapp + 852 96739738 for the special delivery appointment.

Yes. We do. Please note we have no service to deliver wine items oversea since alcohol is considered as dangerous article in Hong Kong custom. Hence, any wine items are not allowed to delivery outside of Hong Kong without assigned permission.

We're really sorry that your gift hasn’t arrived in good condition. If any damages happened on the products when receiving from the hand of courier, please contact us within 24 hours and don’t forget to take the of the damaged gift, we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

We can’t accept returns or exchange service of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please note free delivery is not available in exchange / return policy.

We’re really sorry that your gift has a spelling mistake. We know how important it is for the personalisation to be spelt correctly and we’ll do our best to get a replacement with the correct spelling sent to you in a reasonable time frame.
Please remember, our personalised gifts are tailor-made, so our machines will print exactly what the layout you approved. Therefore, we advise you to double check any names and date on the design layout. we cannot accept responsibility unless the fault was a result of the production process.
